FAQs
We only accept payment by Credit/Debit Card (Stripe).
- Our official retail opening hours are from 12pm to 8:30pm.
- Booth vendors may arrive from 10.30am to set up but must ensure that their booth is fully set up by 12pm. As this is a manned space, all booth vendors must exit the building by 9pm so that our Space Managers can rest for the day.
Retail items
- Other than tarot card reading services, religious materials and contraband items, we welcome all handmade crafts and curated items to be sold at Curbside Crafters.
- Should there be vendors selling tarot card reading services, religious materials and contraband items, Curbside Crafters reserves the right to forfeit the booth payment, prohibit the vendor from setting up a pop-up at Curbside Crafters and remove the vendor from the marketplace whichever is applicable.
- For sale of second hand or preloved items, please ensure all items are in good condition.
Food-Related Items
- F&B counters are available for F&B vendors to book and operate takeaway food businesses such as bakeries, ice-cream or light bites, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- For any sale of F&B items within Curbside Crafters, F&B vendors are required to book a F&B counter space. F&B vendors MUST prepare their food items within the F&B counter space with the exception to F&B vendors with access to SFA-approved licensed kitchens where the preparation of food is being conducted.
- If F&B vendors are able to prepare their food items at an SFA-approved licensed kitchen outside of Curbside Crafters (e.g. a restaurant), these food items must be pre-packed before they are allowed to be sold at either a retail booth or an F&B counter at Curbside Crafters.
- F&B vendors are strictly not allowed to sell alcohol in any form within Curbside Crafters.
- All F&B vendors who are conducting food preparation within the premises are required to show Curbside Crafters their food handling certificate 1 week prior to the event. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the booking. F&B vendors will not be allowed to conduct their pop-up at Curbside Crafters and the booth payment will be forfeited.
- F&B vendors who are intending to sell prepackaged food items from licensed suppliers or manufacturers are required to inform the Curbside Crafters team via email and provide a manufacturer license proof 1 week prior to the pop-up event. Failure to comply will result in rejection of the booking. F&B vendors will not be allowed to conduct their pop-up at Curbside Crafters and the booth payment will be forfeited.

Yes! We encourage Creatives to come together to collaborate with the following terms and conditions:
Curbside Crafters only allow for a maximum 2 booth vendors (equivalent to 2 booth brands) to share 1 retail table booth regardless of the booth size.- Vendors are required to keep all the items within their booth space and do not obstruct the pathway. Any extension of the booth space is chargeable.
- For fully-fledged clothes / apparel vendor, you are able to rearrange the items provided by Curbside to create a space sufficient for your racks. However, you will have to keep within the booth space. Strictly no extension is allowed. You will not be able to remove the table allocated to you.
- All vendors are required to turn up on their boothing dates and be present at their booths from 12pm - 8.30pm for security purposes. After operating hours, you may leave your items overnight at your booth. Covering your items with a cloth is recommended but not compulsory. To note - Curbside Crafters will not be liable for any damaged or missing items throughout the entire booking period. Curbside Crafters will be locked when the staff leaves for the day.
- All consignees are required to be present at the booth throughout the weekend (Sat - Sun).

If you are an event organizer, do drop us an email at hello@curbsidecrafters.com with your event date, concept and requirements for your event. Curbside Crafters will assess the requirements and determine the feasibility of the event collaboration.Curbside Crafters reserves the right to change booth locations to better organise the space management. Vendors will be given prior notice and we seek your understanding and cooperation.
We have a strict no refund policy and no cancellation policy. Should you be unavailable to operate the booth for your booking, please source for a replacement vendor and inform the Curbside Crafters team via email with the details of the replacement vendor. Without any proper notice from the vendors, unauthorised replacement vendors during the booking can be asked to leave the premises by the Curbside Crafters staff.
We will only review your request for a refund or a change in booth date should you, the booker of the booth, have an unforeseen medical condition that requires immediate attention. Do note that we will require adequate documentation of your medical condition, and that approval for a refund or a shift in booth date will be subject to approval by the Curbside Crafters team.
TERMS
By booking a booth at Curbside Crafters, the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- The Management shall not be responsible to the Vendor or any customers for any death, accident or injury suffered, or any consequential losses, or damage to or loss of any chattel or property sustained during the duration of the booking. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to arrange insurance for his/her own personal property and ensure all valuables are stored properly.
- The Management shall not be responsible for any interruption in any of the services and damages due to fire, water, acts of God or other cause or by reason of mechanical breakdown or defects. Should the space not be usable due to unforeseen circumstances and not within the control of the Management, the Management shall have the right to terminate the booking giving due notice. A full refund or reschedule in booking date may be extended and is subject to the approval of the Management.
- The Vendor shall not engage in objectionable conduct when in the premises. Objectionable conduct refers to behaviour that makes or will make the premises less fit for other Vendors and customers, interferes with the right of others to properly and peacefully enjoy the space, or causes conditions that are hazardous, unsanitary or detrimental to other Vendors and customers in the premises. Objectionable conduct constitutes a breach of contract and the Management shall be permitted to terminate the booking with immediate effect.
- No smoking or any other related activity; which may result in a potential fire hazard (e.g. burning of incense, lighted candles left unsupervised) is permitted within the premises. A fine of $500 per incident and/or termination of booking will be imposed otherwise. The Vendor shall also bear the charges for professional cleaning of the premise to remove any residual smell of smoke in the premises and shall be liable for all damages found associated with the smoking or related potentially fire hazardous activity within the premises.
- The Vendor shall obey and comply with (a) all present and future Government laws and regulations within and which affect the premises and (b) all Management's terms and regulations listed in this document and all future reasonable terms. Notice of additional regulations shall be given in writing. The Management shall not be responsible for not enforcing any rules, regulations or provisions of another Vendor’s booking except to the extent required by law. If the Vendor fails to obey and comply with the rules, regulations and provisions, the Management reserves the right to end the booking.
- The Vendor may not use or occupy the premises for any unlawful purposes and activities including but not limited to the sale of drugs or contraband items. If the Vendor is found doing so or suspected with strong evidence as deemed by the Management, it shall be taken as a breach of contract and the Management reserves the right to terminate the booking with immediate effect. All advanced payments made shall be forfeited.
- The Vendor shall not (either by any act or omission) do anything or use any device or equipment which interferes with or which causes an overload on any electrical supply, air-conditioning, piping, Internet or other facilities serving the premises.
- The Vendor agrees to leave upon expiration of booking period. If the Vendor does not vacate the premises on the date as stated in this document, the Management shall charge a daily rate as stated on its website for a similar booth on the same day.
- Any extension requests are subject to the availability of the booth. Should an extension be made, the extended booking will be subjected to the same terms and conditions as laid out in this invoice. Any extension request confirmed by the Management via a written notice is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Should there be any cancellation or withdrawal after written confirmation of extension by the Management, the Vendor shall be liable for the rental of the full extended period as penalty for the breach of the Terms and Conditions and guarantees that full payment shall be made immediately.
- The official opening time is 12pm and closing time is 9pm. Vendors are allowed to start setting up at 10.30am.
- Any requests for change in booth location is subject to availability and additional charges.
Curbside Crafters reserves the right to change booth locations to better organise the space management. Vendors will be given prior notice and we seek your understanding and cooperation.

Alternatively, please source for a replacement and inform the Curbside Crafters team with the details of the replacement vendor.
The Vendor is required to sign off on a digital handover form at the premise before proceeding to set up. In this form, the Vendor will indicate any existing damages and acknowledge that the Vendor shall keep the premises and booth items in good condition throughout the entire booking period. It shall be taken that the Vendor has inspected the booth and the items provided, and that they are in good condition and takes the booth as is, where is. If damages occur during the Vendor’s period of use, the Vendor agrees to compensate the Management according to the pricing stated in the inventory list below.
